Shower Timer - 5 Minute

All patients should be using shower timers to make sure they do not spend excessive amounts of time in the which will draw all of the moisture out of your skin.  Especially important for patients with eczema and psoriasis but also for those with dry skin.  These patients should be having short cool showers only.
