Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries globally from our base in Australia. Please note that some restrictions may apply due to customs regulations in specific countries.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow extra time during peak periods or promotional events.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping option:
Australia:
- Free Shipping: Available on orders valued at $200.00 AUD and over. Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days.
- Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD on orders valued $199.99 AUD and under. Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days.
- Express Shipping: $20.00 AUD. Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days.
International:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on location).
- We do not offer free shipping or express shipping options to international customers at this time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
Final shipping charges for both local and international orders are calculated at checkout and based on final size and quantity of products ordered.
Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” . We are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Please get in touch with your local customs office who will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package.
For international deliveries, your package may be handed over to local courier services once it reaches your country. In such cases, tracking updates may also be available on your local courier's website.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, this can be done by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@theskinnetwork.com.au for assistance. Please ensure you have your order confirmation number available.
