CALECIM® Professional Serum is one of the most advanced regenerative serums in professional skincare — and a quiet powerhouse for skin that's ageing, fragile, or recovering from a treatment. At its heart is PTT-6®, a proprietary complex of more than 3,000 naturally occurring proteins — growth factors, cytokines, exosomes, fibronectins, soluble collagen and hyaluronic acid — derived from cord-lining stem cells. Think of them as "youth messages": signals that encourage your skin's own cells to renew, rebuild and behave as they did when they were younger.

The evidence
In peer-reviewed laboratory testing on human skin cells (Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, 2023), PTT-6®'s cord-lining proteins increased skin-cell production of hyaluronic acid by 83% and elastin by 56%. In a randomised, double-blind clinical trial after CO₂ laser resurfacing, the CALECIM regimen was safe and well tolerated, with significantly less burning and stinging and a trend toward less redness and improved wrinkling. After procedures, practitioners report calmer skin within 15–30 minutes and downtime reduced by around half. CALECIM's science is supported by 12 papers across 3 peer-reviewed journals.

Three ways to use

  1. Daily — apply one pipette to clean skin, morning and/or night, before your other serums and creams.
  2. After at-home treatments — press a few pipettes into the skin after microneedling, a peel or exfoliation.
  3. After clinical treatments — a clinic favourite following microneedling, laser, RF or peels.

Layer water-based products first, then this serum, then heavier creams; finish with SPF each morning. It works well alongside vitamin C, retinol, AHAs and BHAs.

CALECIM®'s PTT-6® comes from red deer umbilical cord-lining stem cells — chosen as the richest, highest-purity source. The active contains only the proteins these cells secrete, with no DNA.

Good to know

  • Why it's pink. The natural pink hue is a built-in pH indicator that monitors the freshness of the active proteins. The shade can vary from light orange to deep pink — all normal. If it turns yellow, clear or cloudy, stop using it and contact us. Keep it cool, below 33°C.
  • Fragrance-free. Any faint natural scent comes from the high concentration of active ingredient and fades within minutes.
  • Pregnancy & breastfeeding. Considered suitable, but we recommend checking with your doctor first.
  • Active acne. Best avoided on actively breaking-out skin — speak to your dermatologist first.
