Refund policy

At The Skin Network, your satisfaction is our priority. We adhere to Australian Consumer Law and international guidelines while maintaining strict health and safety standards for skincare products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. As our skincare products are classified as personal care items, and once opened or used, they cannot be resold or returned for health and safety reasons. Please choose carefully and contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@theskinnetwork.com.au. Please ensure you have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) available. We may ask for photos or other details to assess the issue and, where appropriate, will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was sent.
  • We are unable to deliver the product due to circumstances on our end.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. 


Eligibility for Refund 

Products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at admin@theskinnetwork.com.au.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

We may ask for photos or other details to assess your eligibility and advise on the best course of action. 


Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased through unauthorised retailers or third parties.


International Customers

For international orders, please ensure your country's import regulations allow for skincare products. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for items delayed or held by customs.
